From Portland take I-84 east towards The Dalles. From Hood River take I-84 west towards Portland. Take Exit 18. Travel approximately one mile on the Historic Columbia River Highway to Tad's Chicken 'n Dumplins. Only 20 miles east of Portland on the banks of the Sandy River.
